Less than 48 hours before the release of her highly anticipated album Abracadabra, singer-songwriter Klô Pelgag shares “Le goût des mangues,” one final single premiering via the magazine Elle Québec. Klô Pelgag has just returned from Paris, where she launched her new album during an exclusive event for her fans. She also visited the France Inter studios for a performance on the show Côté Club. Last week, the artist announced a new wave of concerts in Quebec in 2025 — find the list below.
About her latest song, Klô whispers enigmatically that “the season is a weapon we must know how to fear.” The song is accompanied by a moving video showing Klô Pelgag and her daughter, unsurprisingly directed by her longtime acolyte Laurence BAZ Morais. He explains the creative process behind this video: “I wanted to visually convey her poetry, by creating a surreal tableau blending intimacy and universality. By including her daughter, I wanted to capture a certain childlike innocence and a connection with nature that fit neatly in Klô’s musical world.”
