Q. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit cards and also offer Paypal payment options. In the checkout process you can choose your payment method and either simply use your credit card, or your Paypal account.
Q. How do I know my credit card information is safe?
A. Well for one, we never see your credit card information; all of our payment processing is done by Paypal, the most used and trusted online payment processing system there is. And all of your information is transferred to them via 128-bit SSL encryption. So your information is safe, and you'll only be charged for what you buy at our store.
Q. When will my order get here?
A. Soon we hope! We process our orders within one business day of receiving them, so they end up in the mail pretty soon after your order is placed. We ship everything via Canada Post, and the estimated delivery times listed on the shipping page are all derived from their delivery standards. If you're in Canada, chances are you'll see it the same week you place your order, maybe even in a day or two. For orders to the US and for international orders, things can happen pretty quickly, too, especially if you're just ordering one or two CDs. But there are always other variables at play, including the possibility of things being delayed at customs, how close you are to urban centers and the delivery standards within the destination country. All that said, I'd give things at least two weeks before you email us asking why your package hasn't arrived.
Q. Why does it cost so much to ship vinyl?
A. Because it's so big and beautiful. No, really. Mailing costs are directly related to certain size and weight categories, and unfortunately, vinyl is always an awkward size and a hefty weight. Especially if there's a gatefold jacket, or it's a 2LP, you can count on things getting bumped up into higher weight categories. On top of that, we package all our vinyl shipments in specially designed cardboard boxes with extra padding so that it arrives safe and undamaged. We could probably find slimmer things to send LPs in, but then the risk of bent corners would be much higher. And if you're ordering vinyl, we know you care about these kinds of things.
Q. Do you have any more of Patrick Watson's Giver 7" with the hand-sewn sleeve?
A. Nope, sorry.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. If you order the wrong thing by accident, or change your mind, just send us back the product in the original packaging with your invoice, and we'll exchange or refund your purchase, minus the shipping charges. If it's our fault (like we sent you the wrong thing), we'll cover all the shipping costs. If for some reason something doesn't work (like a CD skips), please get in touch with us about it. If it's really a manufacturing problem, chances are we'll know about it already.

All of the personal information requested on our store, including phone numbers, address, e-mail and credit card information, is required in order to process orders, and never used for anything other than this.
