Secret City at Pop Montreal 2011

Today marks the start of the 10th anniversary edition of Pop Montreal, the local and now legendary festival, and close friends of Secret City's. Many of our artists will be involved in the celebration that is this year's edition. Miracle Fortress and Daniel Isaiah will both be performing at showcases, Plants and Animals will be doing a very special live recording show at Breakglass Studios, and Patrick Watson will be doing a small guest appearance at the collaborative Sacred Sunday show that debuted at Pop last year. As a happy coincidence, the end of the festival also coincides with Secret City's 5th anniversary, with the new Barr Brothers album coming out 5 years and 1 day after our first ever release: Patrick Watson's Close to Paradise. We'll be doing some special stuff of our own around the occasion, so stay tuned.
